After the guest has booked the room, download our APP, and receive a Bluetooth authentication code to the mobile phone. We can call it a token.
The hotel receives the reservation notice and the Bluetooth physical address of the guest’s mobile phone to the hotel’s management system and the Bluetooth key module (DOLA SYS Key Module) respectively.
When the guest arrives at the hotel, turn on the APP and send the tokens in the mobile phone to the Bluetooth router in the hotel, and then send it to the Dola system. After authentication, the pre-set room number and Bluetooth key will be automatically issued to the guest, and then return Passed to the hotel management system to update and track.
